Postgraduate SCHOLARSHIP in Science and Engineering

sponsored by BHP Billiton

This Scholarship is for applicants who wish to engage in research relevent to an Australian higher degree or undertake an approved course of study for a U.S. higher degree or its equivalent in science and engineering.

BHP Billiton is the world's largest diversified resources company, formed in 2001 through the merger of BHP, a natural resource company and one of Australia's oldest and largest companies, and Billiton, one of the world's premier mining companies.

The Fulbright Scholarship in Science and Engineering was established with BHP Billiton in 2000. Fulbright BHP Billiton Scholars will have the potential opportunity for professional exchange with BHP Billiton staff.
