Unless otherwise stated, short-listed POSTGRADUATE and POSTDOCTORAL applicants are interviewed by the relevant State Selection Committees Interview dates for 2014 Scholarships are:
SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP applications will be reviewed by the Fulbright Senior Scholarship Selection Committee and short-listed candidates invited to attend an interview in September. Interviews will be conducted via SKYPE or digital video conferencing. PROFESSIONAL SCHOLARSHIP applications will be reviewed by the Fulbright Professional Scholarship Selection Committee and short-listed candidates invited to attend an interview in September. Interviews will be conducted via SKYPE or digital video conferencing ALL Short- listed applicants must attend an interview to be considered. Applicants will be advised appoximately one week prior to the advertised interview date. |

October 2013 |
The National Selection Committee reviews the Postgraduate and Postdoctoral applications that have been recommended by the State Selection Committees. |

November/December 2013 |
All Scholarship applicants are notified of the selection outcomes (Postgraduate, Postdoctoral, Senior Scholar and Professional categories). |
|
July 1 2014 – June 30 2015 |
Fulbright Scholarships are to be taken-up in the following year after 1 July . Scholarships can be started anytime after 1 July and before 30 June, the following year. (Note: For coursework, U.S. academic semesters commence in August and January.) |
