The Australian-American Fulbright Commission, along with the Australian Fulbright AlumniAssociation, organise and coordinate cultural and educational programs. We endeavour to have Fulbright Scholars and Fulbright alumni keep us up-to-date with their achievements and successes.

Events

The Australian-American Fulbright Commission and its partners host various events throughout the year. The key events are the annual Presentation Dinner for the Australian Fulbright and Anne Wexler Scholars, and the Enrichment Dinner for the incoming U.S. Scholars. The Presentation Dinner is held in a different city every year, and the Enrichment Dinner is held in Canberra. Both are part of the orientation and enrichment programs for the scholars. In addition, the Fulbright Commission partners with the U.S. and Australian Ambassadors, U.S. and Australian consulates, universities and other partners to host receptions in Australian states and in the U.S. Events are promoted through the calendar on the website, newsletters and emails to a range of invitees.
