This page is designed for scholars who have recently been awarded a Fulbright Postgraduate or Senior Scholar Scholarship. Please read all the information to assist in planning your trip.

The following forms are to be completed and returned to the Fulbright Commission:

• Accept / Decline Fulbright Scholarship (.doc, 82k) — This form indicates your plans, but is not binding
• Supplementary Information Form (.doc, 174k) — This form provides vital information including any changes to your contact details.
• Fulbright Scholarship Information (.doc, 95k) — General information about the scholarships.
• Fulbright Scholar Timeline (.pdf, 42k) — This timeline is for scholars departing July/August 2007. The timeline for scholars departing later will follow these steps but occur 3-4 months later.
• St. George Bank Application Form.
• Fulbright Payment Options
  • Postgraduate (.doc, 159k)
  • Senior Scholar (.doc, 158k)
• Fulbright Scholar Final Report (.doc, 136k) — This form is required by the Commission at the conclusion of your Fulbright Scholarship to provide valuable feedback to those who administer the program and will be forwarded to the Commision's Board and U.S. Department of State.
  Postgraduates note: Final payment will be processed on receipt of your final report.
