The Australian-American Fulbright Commission core funding is provided by the Australian and United States governments. This is complemented by partnerships with a select group of sponsors and donations from organisations and individuals.

These contributions collectively support the Fulbright mission of promoting educational exchange and mutual understanding between Australia and the United States.

You can support this mission and Fulbright Scholarships to and from Australia in a number of ways. Note - all contributions to the Fulbright Commission are tax-deductible (in both Australia and the U.S.):

• Sponsorship – If you, or your organisation are interested in sponsoring a Fulbright Scholarship please contact the Executive Director. Sponsored Scholarships are generally in a targeted field of study and provide unique opportunities to scholars.

• Donations – Your tax-deductible donation to the Australian-American Fulbright Scholarship Fund can help provide more Fulbright Scholarships.

• Bequests – Consider leaving a lasting legacy for the future generations of Fulbright Scholars. For more information about how to make a bequest please contact the Executive Director.
